Meet Peter, a thoughtful and gentle companion who's ready to be your tiny sidekick! At around 2.5 years old and weighing just 21 pounds, Peter is the perfect blend of small and mighty, bringing a whole lot of charm into your life. He's got a quiet, easygoing personality that makes him a joy to be around.
Peter is a sensitive soul who takes a little time to warm up to new people. With a bit of patience, some tasty treats, and gentle affection, his sweet nature shines through. Once he's comfortable, he's happy to stay by your side, enjoying quiet moments and cuddles. He's not a demanding dog; he's simply happy to be with his person.
When it comes to other dogs, Peter is a polite observer. He prefers to keep to himself, sniffing and exploring at his own pace, and he appreciates when other dogs respect his space. He has also coexisted peacefully with cats, demonstrating his calm demeanor.
Peter walks nicely on leash and enjoys exploring the world. His adaptable nature means he could do well in an apartment or a home with a yard, as long as he's with his favorite people.

Peter would thrive in a home with a person or family who understands that building trust takes time. He would do well with other dogs who respect his space or as the sole canine companion. He may also do best with slightly older, understanding children who can match his calm energy.
