Sven

Meet Sven, a delightful 1-year-old hound mix who weighs around 37lbs and is bursting with playful energy and affection! Sven is a true companion, always eager to be by your side, whether for a game of fetch, a cozy cuddle session, or simply enjoying each other's company. He's a smart and observant pup who gets along wonderfully with other dogs, enjoying energetic playdates but also knowing when to give his canine friends some space. Sven is also a confirmed cat-friendly fellow! He's lived with a cat and, after a brief initial caution, has shown himself to be gentle and non-aggressive.

Sven would thrive in a home that offers a loving environment with a good balance of playtime and relaxation. He's a social butterfly who enjoys being included in family activities, whether with a family or an individual adopter.

Training & Support

Sven is house-trained and has experience with both crate training and being left out for short periods. He walks nicely on a leash and settles well after exercise. He's a smart boy who will benefit from continued positive reinforcement for basic commands.
