Kamoku & Kasumi

Kamoku is a 14-year-old, 17 lb male Dachshund mix, and Kasumi is a 5-year-old, 38 lb (goal weight 22 lbs) female Cairn Terrier mix. These two sweethearts were surrendered to us with a decade's worth of holiday photos, a testament to their devoted previous owner. When their mom's health declined, no one in her life stepped up to care for her beloved companions. Separated, Kamoku lost his appetite and Kasumi was inconsolable. They are deeply bonded and must be adopted together. When they're with each other, they are mellow, affectionate, and coexist peacefully with other pets and children.

Ideal Home

Kamoku and Kasumi are looking for a home where they can continue to be a cherished pair. They have a history of doing well with kids, cats, and other dogs.

Kasumi is working towards a goal weight of 22 lbs.
