Macarrón

Hi! I’m Macarrón, a medium-sized dog with short, creamy-colored fur, and I’m about a year and a month old. When I was just a puppy, someone took me to a house with other dogs because they couldn’t take care of me, but they thought I’d be in good hands there. And they were right—I've been really well cared for!

Soon after I started my medical check-ups, my caregivers noticed I had a seizure. After a lot of tests and treatment, they found out I have idiopathic epilepsy, which means I’ll need medication to manage my episodes. I’ve been dewormed, vaccinated, and neutered, and I take Epilepxis twice a day and Megaderm once daily, so my new family should keep that in mind.

But aside from that, I’m a completely normal dog! Some think I might have a bit of Husky in me because I’m very vocal (just like them!) and super active. I love chewing on things, playing with my toys, and hanging out with the other dogs. One of my favorite hobbies? Snagging a few things from my humans and hiding them in a secret spot only I know!

Sometimes I’m a little shy around new people, but once I warm up, I love being close to everyone and giving lots of affection.
