Akira is a 5.5-year-old spayed female Staffordshire mix weighing around 60lbs. This sweet girl was rescued from a euthanasia list with mere minutes to spare and has been patiently waiting for her forever home for nearly nine months. We can't understand why, because Akira is an absolute gem! She has the most adorable puppy eyes and a heart full of love, longing for a person to call her own. Akira is fully crate-trained and knows her basic commands, responding gently to treats. Her favorite pastimes include lounging on a comfy dog bed, enjoying leisurely walks, and playing with her stuffed toys. She's a big love bug who truly believes she's a tiny lap dog and will happily snuggle up with you.

Ideal Home

Akira adores people and would do well with calm, submissive pups. However, her ultimate dream is to be your one and only, the cherished apple of your eye.
