Hunter

Hunter is a handsome yellow Lab mix, just under 4 years old, with soulful eyes and a big smile. He's a loyal, happy-go-lucky dog who wants to be by your side through all of life's adventures. Hunter has a wonderfully good-natured temperament and is eager to please, already knowing great habits like being kennel trained and sleeping quietly. He enjoys the company of other dogs and walks nicely on a leash. Hunter also loves toys and is a big fan of swimming. He gets excited when meeting new people and may jump up to say hello, but with continued guidance and consistency, he will thrive.

Ideal Home

Hunter would love a family to call his own where he can be your best friend. Because he gets excited when meeting new people and may jump up, a home without very small children may be best. He is not great with farm animals, especially chickens and ducks.

Ongoing Health

All dogs are cleared by a licensed veterinarian for transport and arrive spayed/neutered with age-appropriate vaccines completed and are microchipped.

Training & Support

Hunter is kennel trained and sleeps quietly in his kennel without accidents. He walks nicely on a leash and is eager to learn. He may jump up when meeting new people, so continued guidance and consistency will help him succeed.
