Charlie is a very smart, sweet, and loving dog who was rescued from an area in Houston, TX known for dog dumping. He was found by a kind Samaritan and brought to safety. Charlie enjoys playing with other dogs and is a pro at fetch! He's an active boy who would love to join you on all your adventures. He's learned some neat tricks and is highly motivated by treats – he'll do just about anything for some food! Charlie is more than ready to find his furever home.
