With his bright eyes, perky stand-up ears, and the sweetest "please love me" expression, Braeburn is an absolute heart-melter. He's a Catahoula mix on the smaller, compact side, making him the perfect size for being your spoiled couch buddy. His estimated birthday is June 1, 2025. Braeburn is gentle, affectionate, and loves nothing more than rolling around playing with his toys, doing zoomies in a fenced backyard, and soaking up all the attention. He's happiest exploring the world at his own pace and is a very easy addition to any home. He loves treats, so make sure you have them on hand! He enjoys going on walks and showing off his good leash manners, and hikes would be super fun for him! Braeburn also enjoys riding around town and running errands, so if you need a buddy to ride shotgun, he's your guy. He loves to snuggle up on the couch or on a nice soft bed with all his toys. Make sure you've got a basket of toys waiting for him, because he loves a good plush toy! This smart, happy boy is currently living in a foster home with young kids, dogs, and a cat, where he's thriving and showing off what a star he is. He's the ideal family companion – loyal, playful when you want to play, and perfectly content cuddling on the couch when it's time to relax.

Ongoing Health
Braeburn is up to date on all vetting, including DAPP with booster, Bordetella, Rabies vaccine, multiple broad spectrum deworming treatments, flea prevention, and a 12-month heartworm preventative injectable. He has also been heartworm tested.

Braeburn is a smart boy and will make for a fun family member to work with and train together. He really loves to make friends!

Braeburn is currently fostered in Indianapolis, IN. We facilitate adoptions nationwide using our rescue run USDA certified transport system, ensuring every pet travels safely and comfortably with 24/7 care. Our transport includes drop off locations in WA, UT, OR, ID, VA, PA, OH, NY, CT, VT, TN, KY, WI, MN, IL, WI and Canada (pick up in Bellingham, WA, Buffalo, NY or Brattleboro, VT for Canadian adopters). Due to rising transportation costs, a $87 surcharge applies. Texas adopters must pick up from the Houston area.
