Their parents are AKC Registered and have undergone genetic testing, ensuring a healthy start for these sweethearts. They've received two of their three Parvo/distemper vaccinations and all their wormings. They're already getting a head start on potty training, learning to use a pee pad. Meet BBS Acres Shih Tzu's. Jan Ballard-Seibel lives in Washington state and breeds Shih Tzus. I am retired and live on our ranch that includes horses, cows, and Shih Tzu's. Our 5 Moms and puppies live in the house with us. I like doing this to ensure good socialization and health monitoring. All puppies are peepad trained and I do their vacancies & wormings. We have 3 breeding males onsite.
