Ideal Home
Cjay would thrive in a calm, structured home with an experienced owner who is a strong leader with a kind heart and a commitment to consistent training. He would do best with someone who is active and either home often or enjoys taking their dog along for adventures. He prefers slow, proper introductions with other dogs and can live with cats. He also does well with children who are old enough to understand boundaries. Cjay is not a fan of strangers who approach him for pats and prefers a polite introduction.
Ongoing Health
Cjay is a healthy boy, around 10 years old and weighing about 86 pounds. He can have a sensitive tummy, which is managed with high-quality food and treats, and avoiding poultry. He occasionally experiences dry eyes, which are easily managed with eyedrops. He is neutered and up-to-date on vaccinations.
Training & Support
Cjay has undergone extensive board and train with a balanced trainer and is a certified Canine Good Citizen. He is crate trained and will come with his own Impact crate. His trainer will provide sessions to his new family to ensure consistency with his advanced skillset.
