Lettie

PH Lettie, also known as Lettie Novena or Lettie Spaghetti, is a remarkably smart and eager-to-please 5-year-old Pug! In just a couple of weeks, Lettie has mastered "sit" and "wait" in various scenarios, from meal prep to respecting the food of other dogs, and even waiting for her own food in her crate. She's also learned to wait for an invitation to come out of her crate and for permission to go outside. This quick learner is highly motivated by attention, affection, and treats, and with just a little calm and consistent guidance, she excels! Lettie has plenty of energy and is a joy to train. Her foster mom even thinks she'd be a fantastic agility Pug, given her energy, jumping ability, intelligence, and eagerness to please.

Ideal Home

Lettie has impeccable potty manners and doesn't chew on inappropriate items. She enjoys eating and sleeping in her crate. While she's making great progress, she can sometimes "parkour" between human ankles unexpectedly. She also has some alpha aspirations, which means she would thrive in a home with a calm, consistent pack leader to guide her.

Ongoing Health

Lettie is spayed, vaccinated, and has no known special health needs at this time.

Training & Support

Lettie is a very smart girl who learns quickly with positive reinforcement. She is already mastering "sit" and "wait." Continued consistency in providing a calm, confident leadership will help her fully settle into her alpha aspirations.
