Ethel

Hello, my name is Ethel! I'm a 70lb terrier mix with a heart of gold. I absolutely adore attention, especially from children of all ages, from toddlers to older kids. I'm also very well-behaved when left alone, both during the day and at night, and I'm fully potty trained – I'll let you know when I need to go out.

Ideal Home

I do well with cats and would love a fenced-in yard to enjoy being outside. I love being around people and I don't jump up. While my foster mom lets me on the couch, I'm happiest on the floor or in my kennel.

Ongoing Health

I'm up-to-date on my vetting! My adoption fee includes a full veterinary exam, altering, dental care, microchip, deworming, and age-appropriate vaccines including Rabies, Distemper combo, and Bordetella. If I'm over 6 months old, I'm also tested for 4DX and receive flea/tick and heartworm preventative.

Training & Support

I can be strong on leash and tend to pull, so some leash training would be beneficial. I also have a keen interest in squirrels, so be prepared for some exciting chases! I love to chew on rawhide and have a habit of burying them, so providing plenty of appropriate chew toys will be great.
