Callie

Callie is a sweet 6-year-old Labrador Retriever and Siberian Husky mix, weighing around 50 lbs. Her journey has been a bit of a roller coaster; she was initially placed in a temporary home while her family got back on their feet, but sadly, that temporary arrangement became permanent for her, and her family never returned. She spent months patiently waiting, surrounded by the comfort of other dogs and a predictable routine, always hopeful for her family's return. Unfortunately, she was eventually surrendered to rescue, but her loving heart still holds so much hope and affection. Callie is incredibly loving, takes treats gently, adores belly rubs, and is a wonderful alert dog, always aware of her surroundings. She deserves a forever home where she will be cherished and truly chosen.
