Apollo is a handsome 1.5-year-old, 55-pound Hound/Pit Bull mix with a charming white and black coat. He's a delightful combination of playful energy and snuggly affection. His whole body wiggles with joy, especially his adorable backside, when he's excited! Apollo adores toys, proudly carrying them around before stashing them in his crate. Tug-of-war is his absolute favorite game, and he also loves to splash and play in the water. He's a smart cookie who already knows "sit," "down," "leave it," and "come." He's house-trained, crate-trained, and sleeps soundly through the night, especially when he's close to his people. Apollo is a social butterfly who loves everyone he meets and enjoys the company of other dogs. He's very treat-motivated, making training a fun and rewarding experience. Apollo would do well in a home with children and enjoys the company of other dogs.

Ongoing Health

Apollo is neutered, microchipped, and up to date on all of his vaccinations. He will see a vet for a final inspection before he travels to his new home.

Training & Support

Apollo is still working on his leash manners and can pull during walks, but with consistency and positive reinforcement, he'll continue to improve. He is highly treat-motivated, which makes him fun to train.
