Meet Tammy Fugate. Tammy Fugate is from Virginia and breeds Labrador Retrievers. AKC proudly supports dedicated and responsible breeders. We encourage all prospective puppy owners to do their research and be prepared with questions to ask the breeder. Make sure you are not only choosing the right breed for you, but also that you’re getting it from the right individual.Being a small family kennel, we only breed a couple of litters a year. Our puppies are whelped and raised in our home until about 3 weeks of age. They are then acclimated to the outdoors. Since they are raised in our home, they are very well socialized and love being with people.We have had over 30 years experience raising and breeding dogs. We are small family breeders that, when breeding, consistently achieve successful litters. As dog breeders we pride ourselves on being reputable and honest, bringing you only the best Labrador Retriever and Golden Retriever dogs possible. We live in the country with lots of room for our dogs to run and play. We are present for all of our puppy births and they are raised with daily one on one interaction with children and other animals.
