Boogie is a charming three-and-a-half-year-old Dogo Argentino mix, weighing in at 90 pounds. He's a striking fellow with a white coat and bold black patches, but his most prominent feature is his big, loving heart. Boogie's journey hasn't been easy, but he's maintained a gentle spirit and a zest for life. Rescued from a difficult situation and brought to safety, Boogie is now seeking his next adventure: a loving home where he can be a loyal hiking buddy, a snuggle partner, and a full-time best friend. He's playful and affectionate, with a goofy side that comes out when he's splashing in the pool, chasing squeaky toys, or giving full-body hugs. Boogie adores people and is happiest by your side, whether lounging on the couch or exploring the outdoors.

Ideal Home

Boogie is a natural with older children who can match his playful energy and sturdy build. Because Boogie has a history of aggression toward other dogs, including a quick bite during a past interaction, he needs to be the only pet in the home.

Boogie is neutered and up-to-date on vaccinations.

Training & Support

Boogie is house-trained. While he hasn't had formal training, he knows "sit" and learns best through positive reinforcement, especially with snacks! He is fine being left alone for short periods but truly blossoms with consistent human interaction and bonding time.
