Rayo

This stunning boy found himself alone on the streets of Houston, abandoned and confused. A compassionate passerby spotted him wandering dangerously close to a busy highway and didn’t hesitate to scoop Rayo up before tragedy could strike. He was brought to a vet and scanned for a microchip, but his owner refused to come for him. The good Samaritan reached out to our rescue, and we promised Rayo he would never be left behind again. Rayo is playful, goofy, and full of joy. He greets everyone like a friend, his tail wagging as if to say, “I’m still here. I still believe in people.” He’s potty trained and fully vetted. We are currently awaiting his heartworm results, but what we know for certain is that Rayo’s heart is wide open and ready to love again. All he needs is his forever family, a place where he is chosen every day, safe, cherished, and finally home.
