Sweet, cautious girl with a heart of gold! Hazel is about 2 years old and weighs 50 lbs. She's very smart and knows sit, stay, and spin. Hazel can be a little fearful in new situations, but she blossoms once she feels safe and loved. She is incredibly loving and affectionate, adoring cuddles and belly rubs once she's comfortable. Hazel has spent time in training and walks well on a leash, responding to commands. She also gets along well with other dogs. Her gorgeous brindle coat shines in the sun. Hazel came to us after living with her previous owner for about a year and a half. He loved her dearly but had to surrender her due to long work hours. At first, Hazel was timid and unsure, but she has really started to shine here. The structure of her training environment has been very similar to ours, which makes us confident she will transition smoothly into her forever home. What Hazel wants most is to give unconditional love and share her life with a family who will let her blossom. She's a dog who will start off reserved but quickly become your most loyal companion, rewarding patience with endless devotion.
