MEET BARNEY! This handsome mini-Boxer is about four years young and weighs in around 35-38 pounds. Barney is a fantastic boy who is already house and crate trained and knows basic commands. He's an energetic and active pup who loves to romp and play, making him the perfect companion for hikes and runs. He enjoys weekly pack walks and has a boxer brother at home that he plays with wonderfully. Barney also lives with two cat sisters and, while he sometimes needs a reminder to be calmer around them, he does not chase them. He's incredibly loyal and eager to please, showing a high prey drive and a strong motivation for treats. With his intelligence and willingness to learn, Barney could truly become a circus dog with the right training!

Ideal Home

Barney needs an active family who can include him in all their adventures and provide him with the exercise and attention he craves. His current owners love him dearly but are too busy to give him the time he deserves.

Ongoing Health

Barney is up-to-date on his vaccines and is neutered. He has no known allergies and is in overall good health.

Training & Support

Barney is crate trained and follows basic commands. He is highly treat-motivated, which will be a great asset in teaching him new tricks!
