About Honey

Honey is a beautiful 3-4 month old Yellow Lab mix with a gentle heart and a free spirit. She has come such a long way since entering rescue. Once fearful of people, Honey has blossomed into a playful, happy puppy who loves other dogs, gets along with cats, and is learning every day that the world can be a safe and loving place. She may not be the puppy who immediately jumps into your lap, but when Honey decides she trusts you, the bond you build will be truly special. The love she gives is earned—and it is worth every bit of patience. Honey loves to play, chase toys, and spend time with her furry friends. She would thrive in a home with another dog or pet to help build her confidence and show her how wonderful life can be. When she's ready for affection, she'll come to you for pets, cuddles, and love on her own terms. Honey isn't looking for a perfect family; she's looking for a patient family that understands trust takes time and will celebrate every little milestone as she continues to grow and blossom into the amazing dog she's meant to be.
