Smooch is wonderfully balanced; he enjoys getting out to explore but doesn't need to be in constant motion. A short play session, a chance to splash in some water, or a nice walk will leave him perfectly content to find a shady spot and simply enjoy being with his people. He has a calm confidence that makes him incredibly easy company, and with his excellent leash manners, he's ready to accompany you just about anywhere. He makes everyday outings effortless, whether it's a cafe patio lunch or a road trip – he hops in the car like he's been waiting for the invitation all day. He rides beautifully and settles comfortably, content to relax beside your table without pestering for food, though he'd certainly appreciate a nibble of chicken if you're feeling stuffed and want to share. The key is, he is respectful, easygoing, and genuinely a joy to have along for the ride.

Smooch enjoys the company of other dogs and has proven himself to be a friendly social companion. He especially enjoys playing with female dogs and appreciates friends who understand polite dog communication. Texas adopters must pick up from the Houston area.
