Penny Love is a charming Lab mix, approximately 1.5 years old and weighing around 70 lbs. She has an effortless charm and a kind-hearted, steady, loving presence that makes her feel like an instant classic. Penny is the total package: beautiful, dog-friendly, cat-friendly, and blessed with a calm, balanced temperament that makes life alongside her simple and comfortable. She's the kind of companion who fits seamlessly into your world and quickly becomes the best part of your everyday routine. From day one in her foster home, Penny has been an absolute dream. Her energy is beautifully laid back; she's not constantly on the go but usually found relaxing nearby. She has a rare "young dog with an old soul" vibe, making her easy and comforting to be around, yet not clingy.
Ideal Home
Penny will do best in a home with a doggy friend that has a cool, calm, and collected vibe, preferably a male dog who enjoys company without needing constant play and will respect her space. If you don't have other dogs, Penny is perfectly fine with that, as she is always happiest surrounded by her favorite people. If you have cats, Penny is cat-friendly and does well with aloof, independent feline friends. A home with a nice big backyard would be wonderful for her to roam, play, and relax in the sun, but she also has the potential to thrive in an apartment setting due to her mellow nature.
Ongoing Health
Penny is spayed and up to date on all vaccinations, including DAPP with booster, Bordetella, and Rabies. She has received multiple broad-spectrum deworming treatments, flea prevention, and a 12-month injectable heartworm preventative. She has also tested negative for heartworm.
Training & Support
Penny is potty trained and is working on becoming more comfortable with her crate. She enjoys treats and is learning basic commands like "sit," showing a strong desire to please. Her calm demeanor and good house manners mean she is respectful and polite in the home.

You can track your pet's journey in real time and receive photo updates. A $87 surcharge applies due to rising transportation costs.
