Patsy is a 3-year-old Chihuahua weighing just 10 pounds, and she's the definition of a gentle little sweetheart. This quiet, calm girl has a soft, loving personality that shines once she feels safe. When she was out for pictures, all Patsy wanted to do was curl up in a lap and soak up the cuddles. She absolutely loves being held and will happily reward you with plenty of sweet kisses.
