I'm Denali, a sweet and gentle 1-year-old American Staffordshire Terrier mix with a calm soul. I enjoy peaceful days, cozy naps, and being near the people I trust. I'm a quiet girl who rarely barks and is happiest in a calm and predictable environment. While I can be a little nervous in new situations, I warm up quickly with patience and reassurance. I'm crate-trained, doing well with potty training, and learning to walk on a leash and play more confidently. I have a playful side, especially in the mornings, but I'm generally a laid-back, low-energy companion who prefers lounging in a sunny spot or cuddling with my favorite people. I'm calm around other dogs and enjoy quiet companionship. I'm especially bonded with my best friend, Acadia, and having her by my side makes me feel safe and confident. We are each other's comfort and support system, and we would truly love to be adopted together.
