Meet Paloma! This lovely 28-pound terrier mix is approximately 5 years old and possesses a truly wonderful temperament. Paloma is a social butterfly, friendly with everyone she meets, including children and other dogs. She arrived at the shelter from Weslaco, Texas, alongside her puppy, Powell. Paloma has been an incredibly patient, loving, and tolerant mother, guiding her little one through his early days. Her gentle nature and easygoing personality make her a fantastic addition to almost any family. If you're searching for a loyal, beautiful dog who is as lovely on the inside as she is on the outside, Paloma could be the perfect fit for your home.

Paloma would thrive in a family setting and enjoys the company of people, children, and other dogs.

Ongoing Health

Paloma is receiving Chagas testing, Heartworm and Tick testing, age-appropriate vaccines, and preventative treatments for heartworm, fleas, and ticks. She has also been spayed and microchipped. Medical testing is pending, with quarantine expected to end on 5/21. Please familiarize yourself with Chagas Disease, as it is more prevalent in the southern United States than Heartworm disease.
