Zeus

Zeus here, not to be confused with the Greek god of the sky and thunder, I'm the too-good-to-be-true canine companion. I'm a 7-year-old, 80-pound, blue heeler mix gentleman of the manner. My outlook on life is simple: a good meal, a daily walk, and a cozy place to sleep. My foster mom describes me as steady, well-behaved, and affectionate, and she's never wrong. I'm perfectly house and crate trained and wonderful on a leash. I adore humans and love to be close to them. I get along with most fur animals, except large males, with slow introductions. I'm very smart and responsive to commands – one of the smartest dogs my foster mom's ever been around, and again, she's never wrong. I’m laid back and enjoy spending quality time with those who love me. If you're looking for a loyal, low-key companion, I just might be your guy!

A house setting with a fenced yard is a must for me.

My adoption fee of $75 includes my spay/neuter, vaccinations, wellness exam, heartworm test, and microchip.

Training & Support

I'm perfectly house and crate trained and wonderful on a leash. I'm very smart and responsive to commands.

Transporation

I am located in Springfield, MO. We do adopt out of state with vet references and video home check. The adopter is responsible for coming to get me and returning me if the adoption does not work out.
