Alfie is a handsome, affectionate Great Dane/Standard Poodle mix with a big heart and a goofy personality. He loves people, car rides, outdoor adventures, and being included in everyday family life. He is happiest close to his family and enjoys lounging indoors and soaking up attention.

Ideal Home

Alfie would thrive with an active family that can provide exercise, companionship, attention, and consistent structure. He has been raised with four children and is loving, patient, and affectionate with kids of all ages. A securely fenced yard would be ideal.

Alfie currently lives successfully with another large dog, but he can be selective with other animals. He would do well as an only pet or with an experienced owner who can carefully manage slow introductions and ensure a good fit.

Ongoing Health

Alfie weighs 80 pounds and is in excellent health. He is neutered, microchipped, and current on vaccinations. He has tested negative for heartworms and is expected to be tested again soon.

Training & Support

Alfie is crate trained, leash trained, and understands basic household routines. He knows commands including sit and down and is eager to please. He also does exceptionally well when boarded and adjusts comfortably to boarding environments.
