Kenai

Kenai is a beautiful 2-4 year old mixed breed with a truly inspiring spirit. She came to us as a stray, bravely enduring the ordeal of a trap attached to her leg. Our dedicated team rescued her and rushed her to a veterinarian, where it was determined that her leg had to be amputated due to the extensive injuries. Now, Kenai is safe with us and embracing life as a tripod, taking every step with remarkable grace. Despite her past trauma, she remains a sweet, gentle, friendly, and loving companion. She's also a smart girl who gets along well with other dogs.

Ideal Home

Kenai would thrive in a home where she can continue to feel safe and loved. She enjoys the company of other dogs.

Ongoing Health

Kenai is recovering from a leg amputation and is adapting to life as a tripod. She is spayed and vaccinated.

Training & Support

Like all rescue dogs, Kenai will benefit from continued training and socialization to help her adjust and grow in her new environment.
