Brook is a delightful 10-month-old puppy who perfectly balances her love for playtime with her talent for napping in the sunniest, softest spots. She's a smart cookie who listens well and knows exactly when it's time to settle down for the evening. Brook is a hassle-free, stress-free companion who has been waiting for her forever home since she was just a month old. While the rescue provides a safe haven, it's not the same as a loving family home. She's laid-back and not likely to have any issues with cats, and we can cat-test her upon request. Application Details:
- Applications start by contacting us through Wags.
- All of our dogs have age-appropriate vaccinations. If over 6 months old, they are spayed or neutered. If under 6 months, the adopter is responsible for this between 6 and 10 months of age (we can offer low-cost options).
- All adult dogs are heartworm tested, and their status is disclosed. We are happy to explain the slow-kill process for heartworm-positive dogs.
- Please be patient, but if you do not hear from us within 48 hours of submitting your application, please reach out.
- Adoption fees range from $150 to $400 and are non-negotiable. These fees help with vetting current and future animals.
- We do not offer walk-through "choose a dog/puppy" experiences. We are partially foster-based. We can help match dogs if you have something specific in mind.
- Meet-and-greets are only done with approved applicants.
Transporation
Brook is located at our rescue facility. If you are out of state or out of the area, we do offer relay transport for a small additional fee to cover health certificates and additional vetting required for private interstate travel.
