Ace and Mia are a sweet pair who came to us through heartbreaking circumstances. They were surrendered together after their owner became homeless and was no longer able to care for them. It was a difficult decision made out of love, with the hope that these two would find the stable, caring home they deserve. Both Ace and Mia are incredibly sweet, affectionate dogs who enjoy being around people and soaking up attention. They have gentle, easygoing personalities that make them a pleasure to handle, and they've adjusted to their new environment with resilience and trust. While they do share a bond and clearly enjoy each other's company, we understand that finding a home for a pair isn't always possible. Because of this, Ace and Mia are not required to be adopted together, though we would be thrilled to see them continue life side by side if the right home comes along for both. Whether adopted together or separately, these two loving dogs are ready to bring warmth, companionship, and gratitude into the homes lucky enough to have them.

Ongoing Health

Ace and Mia have both tested positive for Anaplasma, a tick-borne disease. This is commonly treated with a 30-day course of doxycycline, and both dogs have already started their treatment. With proper care, dogs typically respond very well and continue on to live happy, healthy lives.
