About GAZELLE*

Gazelle is a sweet, shy gal who is learning all about life in the shelter and making great strides! She needs a quiet, supportive home where she can continue to build confidence and learn all about being part of a family. She's warming up slowly and the goofier side of her is starting to show. We call her Fiona because she's a lot like a beautiful, redheaded, ogre princess who came to us a bit afraid to show us her true self. She is house-trained with routine potty breaks and when she has her morning poo, she gets so excited and runs back to us with the proudest toothy grin. She walks really well on leash and doesn't pull. She's a little shy while walking solo, but when joining a local dog walking group, she did overall pretty well at keeping up with the pack and she was really enjoying all the smells. She's also a huge couch potato and is always looking for a soft place to lay her head down. She is very attached to one person and will follow them around the house before settling down for another nap. She can be bribed with chicken. At least once a day, Fiona does what we call happy thrashing and will roll and wiggle around the floor. Gazelle shared her kennel with another PACC pup and will likely benefit from a confident furry friend who can show her the ropes in a home. She would love to continue her journey outside of the shelter with a family who understand that sometimes good things take a little time.
