Cami is a sweet, shy girl who is about a year old and weighs around 30-35 pounds. She's a possible Terrier/Lab mix with a disposition that shines through in her video. Cami's sister was recently adopted, and she's retreated a bit into her shell, making her a special case who needs a very patient and loving home where she can feel safe and cherished. She absolutely adores other dogs and truly thrives in their company, so a home with another playful canine companion would be ideal for her. She also enjoys one-on-one attention and would do best in a quiet environment.
Ideal Home
Cami would thrive in a quiet home with a fenced yard, as she can be a flight risk while she's learning to trust her new family. If there are children in the home, they should be over 14 years old.
Ongoing Health
Cami is spayed, vaccinated (DHLPPx3, Bordetella and Rabies), has been dewormed, and is on monthly flea/tick/heartworm prevention. A health certificate and exam will be performed less than 10 days prior to transport.
Training & Support
Cami needs some work on leash walking and is not yet housebroken, though she does well in her crate at night and doesn't have accidents. Her shyness means she needs extra patience and understanding as she adjusts to a new family.
