Lucy Lou is a 5-month-old, 25 lb bundle of joy with adorable freckles and soulful eyes. She's a gentle and affectionate girl who loves to give long, comforting hugs. Lucy is estimated to be an American Bully mix, but her exact breed and age are a mystery, as is common with rescues. She's a bit of a couch potato and enjoys napping, but when she's awake, she's happy to entertain herself with toys. Lucy is a dream companion who fits easily into your day without demanding constant attention.
Ideal Home
Lucy is a very flexible girl and could thrive in a home with a backyard or an apartment. She's currently doing well in a three-story condo. As long as she has people to love, toys, a comfy napping spot, and plenty of cuddles, she'll be a happy pup. We haven't seen her with children yet, but based on her gentle and easygoing nature, we believe she has great potential as a family dog. We're happy to arrange a meet and greet to see how she does with kids.
Ongoing Health
Lucy Lou is a healthy young puppy. All vetting is up-to-date, including vaccinations, deworming, and flea/heartworm prevention. She will be spayed and microchipped before adoption.
Training & Support
Lucy is already doing wonderfully with potty training, with an average of every three hours being her sweet spot. She also sleeps through the night without any issues. She's a well-behaved puppy who doesn't engage in destructive behavior.

Transporation
Lucy Lou is currently located in Texas. We facilitate adoptions nationwide with our USDA-certified transport system. Drop-off locations include WA, UT, OR, ID, VA, PA, OH, NY, CT, VT, TN, KY, WI, MN, IL, and Canada (pick-up in Bellingham, WA, Buffalo, NY, or Brattleboro, VT for Canadian adopters). You can track your pet's journey in real-time and receive photo updates. A $87 surcharge applies for transportation. Texas adopters must pick up from the Houston area.
