Weighing about 65 pounds, Scooby is the perfect size for a family dog—big enough for adventure but not too large to curl up at your feet. He is a gentle, affectionate boy who loves people and attention. His big heart shows through in his wagging tail and soft eyes. He’s calm when handled, enjoys affection, and is happiest when he’s near his humans. Scooby’s story is still being written, and he is ready for his next chapter with a forever family. Ideal Home

Scooby would thrive in a loving home where he can get daily walks, a soft bed, and plenty of cuddle time. He loves chin rubs!

Ongoing Health

All dogs are current on flea/tick and heartworm prevention. A health exam will be completed and a health certificate issued by a veterinarian within 10 days of transport.

Training & Support

Scooby is a calm boy who enjoys affection and being near his humans.

Application Details:

• Applications start by contacting us through Wags.
• The adoption fee is $300 plus a $50 health certificate and $200 for transport to most locations. This fee includes all current basic vaccinations, deworming, microchip with lifetime registration, and a heartworm test. Spay may not be done for a puppy yet due to age.

Transporation

Scooby is currently in Texas but is available for adoption and transport out of state. Our dogs are transported to a predetermined location agreed upon by the rescue. The adoption contract and fee are finalized prior to transport. The adoption interview/meet and greet occurs on video call.
