Miss Galena here! I’m currently looking for my forever home, and I hope you’re interested in making me a part of your family! I’ve made so much progress since arriving at the rescue. Initially, I wasn't very socialized with other dogs or people, and I struggled with crate training, which resulted in a scraped nose. I was also quite underweight, but I've come a long way! I've learned to use the pet door and have made many new friends here. I love our large yard for playing, and I've discovered the joy of chasing balls and toys, though I must admit, stealing them from other dogs is my favorite game! My current favorite pastime, however, is eating – I'm quite good at it! My coat has transformed from dull and rough to thick and shiny. If you're looking for a new best friend and appreciate a lovely redhead, please consider applying for me! I am a spayed female, about 3 years old, heartworm negative, and up to date on shots and microchipped. I am house and crate trained and good with other dogs and people. I am about 60 lbs and still gaining weight. I have also graduated from Starmark Training Academy! Due to my length of stay, my adoption fee has been reduced by $100.
