Apollo is a handsome 1.5-year-old, 55-pound Hound/Pit Bull mix with a beautiful white and black coat. He's neutered, microchipped, and up-to-date on all his vaccinations, making him all set to find his forever family! Apollo is the perfect combination of playful and cuddly. He has medium to high energy and loves to play, but he's just as content curling up in your lap for pets and affection. When he gets excited, his whole body wiggles, especially his adorable wiggly butt! Toys are a favorite for Apollo; he loves them all and proudly carries them around before stashing them in his crate. Tug-of-war is his go-to game, especially if you let him win sometimes! He also absolutely loves splashing and playing in the water. This happy, affectionate boy has never met a stranger and is always eager for attention. Apollo would do well in a home with children and enjoys the company of other dogs. He's a smart boy who already knows "sit," "down," "leave it," and "come." He's house-trained and crate-trained, settling in nicely at bedtime, especially after his favorite nightly treat. At night, he loves sleeping as close to his people as possible and sleeps soundly through the night. Apollo is ready to steal your heart and become your loyal best friend, making you laugh with his happy wiggles, keeping you entertained with his playful spirit, and happily snuggling up at the end of the day.

Apollo would do well in a home with children and enjoys the company of other dogs.
Ongoing Health
Apollo is neutered, microchipped, and up to date on all vaccinations. He will see a vet for a final inspection before traveling to his new home.
Training & Support
Apollo is house-trained and crate-trained. He is still working on his leash manners and can pull during walks, but with consistency and positive reinforcement, he'll continue to improve. He is highly treat-motivated, making him fun to train and eager to learn when snacks are involved.
