Sailboat

Sailboat is a sweet 7-year-old, 60 lb lady who was found as a stray and initially ended up at a rural shelter in Alabama. It was a mystery how such a friendly and well-behaved dog found herself on the streets, but after months of waiting, no one came to claim her. Thankfully, she's now in a loving foster home in NYC and has her sails set for a happy future! Her fosters describe her as super calm, quiet, and gentle, especially with children. She loves meeting other dogs and enjoys affection without being demanding. Sailboat is also happy to entertain herself and can be left home alone without any issues. She's a true joy to walk on leash and will make a wonderful companion.
