He also has a passion for water and will be the first one in and the last one out! Arlo is a happy boy who enjoys playtime with his toys, and he's great at entertaining himself.

He thrives on routine and needs a family that can provide him with structure, love, and daily enrichment to keep his clever mind and big heart engaged.
