Moon

Moon is a 2-year-old Lab-Saluki mix who came to us all the way from Kuwait. She was rescued from a university campus where stray dogs were being poisoned. Thankfully, Moon was saved, but sadly, the poisoning left her with some vision impairment. After receiving treatment, she regained some of her sight, but it's not perfect.

Ideal Home

Moon thrives with a clear structure and routine due to her limited vision. She should be the only dog in the home and is not suitable for a household with young children.

Ongoing Health

Moon has some vision impairment as a result of poisoning, but she has recovered some sight.

Training & Support

Moon has been through a board and train program for the last six months where she has made significant progress. She walks politely with other dogs and lives peacefully in a home with multiple dogs. She is very affectionate with her trainer and needs an adopter who will continue the structure and practices learned in her program. The board and train facility is committed to providing guidance and advice to Moon's future adopter.

Transportation
