Whiskey

Whiskey is a 4-month-old, 40-pound Great Pyrenees pup who is as smooth and comforting as his namesake. Despite a rough start that included a battle with parvo, Whiskey has proven to be incredibly resilient and sweet-natured. He's a social butterfly who adores other dogs and respects the feline "management" of his foster home. He approaches people with an open heart, assuming everyone is a friend. Whiskey has a surprisingly mellow energy level for a puppy, preferring a good nap to wild adventures. He's a gentleman on car rides and a true homebody who enjoys lounging with his people. While he'll engage in play, his true passion is a quality nap. He's not a fan of water but enjoys toys, though fetch might require you to retrieve the ball yourself.

Ideal Home

Whiskey is a low-maintenance companion who thrives with a loving family, a comfy spot for naps, and plenty of snacks. He's adaptable to various living situations, from apartments to houses with yards.

Ongoing Health

Whiskey is a recent survivor of parvo, having completed a short hospital stay. He has fully recovered and is now doing well.

Training & Support

Whiskey is a smart pup who already knows "Sit," "No," and "Crate." He's working on "Shake" and is making excellent progress with potty training. As a puppy, he may still inspect unattended items with his mouth, but he generally sticks to his toys.
