Meet Red, our longest resident and a true ray of sunshine! This smiley 4-year-old pittie mix is an energetic and affectionate boy with a zest for life. He came to us from a rural Florida shelter that was devastated by hurricanes Helene and Milton. After 1.5 years in our care, Red is still patiently waiting for his forever home! He's been a joy to have, loving playtime in the yard, zoomies with staff, and plenty of snuggles from volunteers. Red is fully housetrained and a big hit for doggy day outs and fostering. He's guaranteed to bring a smile to your face every single day! Red tends to prefer the company of female dogs and people, but with slow and proper introductions, he can become friends with anyone. His adoption fee has been waived to help him find his perfect match. Red is an easygoing, lovable goofball ready to shower his family with a lifetime of love. We promised Red that the rest of his life would be the best of his life. Could that be with you?
