Oscar

Oscar is a sweet, playful 5.5-month-old Great Pyrenees mix who loves to be near his people. He spent his early months on a farm with plenty of animal exposure, but we believe he'd do best as the sole pet in a family environment. Oscar enjoys splashing around and would absolutely love a kiddie pool to cool off in on warm days! If you're looking for a handsome and affectionate new companion, Oscar is your guy.

Ideal Home

We believe Oscar would be most comfortable as the only pet in the home.

Ongoing Health

Oscar is up to date on all age-appropriate vaccinations, deworming, and flea/heartworm prevention. He will receive a veterinary health exam and certificate within 10 days of departure.

Training & Support

Oscar has had exposure to various animals and enjoys interacting with his humans. Continued positive reinforcement and socialization will help him continue to grow into a well-adjusted companion.

• Adoption interviews and meet-and-greets are conducted via video call.
• The adoption fee for out-of-state adoptions is $300, plus a transport fee that varies by location. This fee covers age-appropriate vaccinations, deworming, microchipping, spay/neuter (for pets 6 months and older), and a heartworm test (for pets over 6 months).

Transporation

Oscar is currently fostered in Texas. He is available for transport to a predetermined location agreed upon by the rescue. The adoption contract and fee are finalized prior to transport.
