Lucky Day came to Minnesota from New Mexico with her siblings and is still getting used to the snow and cold, but she's a quick learner! She's settling into her kennel life and is working on her potty training, having occasional accidents mainly when it's too cold to go outside. Fortunately, her foster parents have been shoveling a path to help her out.
Lucky Day is a smart cookie and is learning to sit, shake, and stay. She has a good amount of energy and loves to play with all kinds of toys, but she also enjoys quiet cuddle time. She lives with her foster parents and two teenagers, and gets along well with their 14-year-old resident dog, mostly leaving him to his own devices. However, she absolutely adores the resident kitty and loves to play with her! While she tries to be gentle, she can get a little carried away, so supervision is needed when they play together. She also enjoys playing with her humans. Loud noises and barking dogs can sometimes startle her, but she's working on building her confidence. Lucky Day is a sweet girl looking for a family to love her as much as her foster family does. She's sure to be a wonderful companion, and when the weather warms up, she'll be a great walking buddy!
