Rocko

Rocko is an 89-month-old pup who has already overcome so much. He spent his early life isolated in a backyard with very little human interaction, often confined to a small crate. Despite that difficult start, Rocko has shown an incredible willingness to learn, trust, and love. Since being rescued, he's completed a board-and-train program and has thrived in foster care, where he learned what it means to feel safe and cared for. Today, he's affectionate, incredibly loyal, and forms deep bonds with the people he trusts. Rocko is friendly with people and loves positive attention, is social and playful with other dogs, smart, sensitive, and eager to learn, and comfortable around ranch animals, including chickens, ducks, pigs, horses, and turkeys.

Rocko would thrive with an active person or family who can provide continued training, daily exercise, mental enrichment, and a consistent routine.

Ongoing Health

Rocko is up-to-date on vaccinations and neutered.

Training & Support

Rocko has completed a board-and-train program and his adoption includes ongoing support and group training classes with his professional trainer to help him continue building confidence.
