Angus is a 6-month-old, 60+ lb Bullmastiff mix who is ready to bring love and a touch of lovable chaos into your home. He was found wandering near a creek and has since been vetted and is eager to find his forever family. Angus is the ultimate puppy, still figuring out his size and enthusiasm, making every interaction a joyous adventure. He's learning to walk on a leash, but don't be surprised if it becomes a playful tug-of-war! He loves to explore with his mouth and is eager to play with other dogs, though he's still learning to moderate his strength.

Ideal Home

Angus would thrive in an active household with older children who can keep up with his boundless energy. A well-fenced yard is a must for him to safely romp and play. He is not a good fit for homes with cats due to his high energy and playful nature.

Ongoing Health

Angus is healthy and ready for his new home. He has been neutered, is up-to-date on all age-appropriate vaccines, is heartworm negative, microchipped, and current on all flea, tick, heartworm, and parasite preventatives.

Training & Support

Angus is house-trained with a doggie door, but may need some patience to be fully potty-trained in a new environment. He loves car rides but needs proper restraint to be a safe co-pilot. His leash skills are in progress, and he enjoys chewing, so providing him with appropriate chew toys will be key.

Transporation

Angus is located in Hico, Texas. Transport to families outside of Texas is available for an additional fee of $300, utilizing trusted transport partners.
