Rascal is a sweet, approximately 16-pound young male dog with a heartbreaking story. He and his best friend were sadly dumped together and left to fend for themselves. When rescue efforts were underway, his friend passed away before they could be safely trapped. Rascal was understandably terrified and hesitant to trust, but now that he knows he's safe, his loving personality is truly shining through. He's a gentle boy who just craves kindness and a second chance at a happy life.

Rascal is looking for a loving foster or adopter who can offer him comfort and safety. He's friendly with other dogs and would likely do well in a home that can provide him with the gentle reassurance he deserves.
