He's already neutered, up to date on vaccines, and dewormed, making him all set for his next adventure. Barney is a social butterfly who instantly makes friends and absolutely adores cuddles and giving plenty of kisses. He's a sweet boy who is just looking for a loving home where he can truly settle in and be cherished.
