Orion

Orion is a delightful 13-month-old Lab/Black Mouth Cur mix who's ready to bring joy to his forever home! Weighing around 40 pounds, he's expected to reach about 50 pounds when fully grown, making him a beautiful, large-sized companion. Orion was found as a stray and is now thriving in foster care in Texas. He's a sweet boy who absolutely soaks up affection and is a pleasure to have around. With his striking brown eyes and a handsome shorter brown coat featuring a white blaze on his chest, Orion is a moderate shedder. He's a playful and outgoing pup who loves to splash in the water and chase sticks, embodying the best of puppy energy. He's also content to simply hang out with you in the yard. Orion has proven to be friendly with other dogs when off-leash and is good with all people, showing a loving nature. He's not overly food possessive and isn't excessively wiggly, making him a generally well-behaved young dog.

Ideal Home

Orion would thrive in a home where someone is not away all day, as he is still a puppy and benefits from companionship. He would be a great fit for a family with children aged 8 and older.

Orion is neutered and up-to-date on vaccinations.

Training & Support

As a typical puppy, Orion will need to continue with his training to fully develop his good manners.

Transporation

Orion is currently in Texas. We can arrange transport to Washington, Portland (Oregon), Minnesota, Vermont, and along the East Coast for an additional $200. Please note that we do not adopt to Rhode Island or Massachusetts due to state regulations.
