Starlight is a gorgeous 45 lb girl with a beautiful heart and a great temperament. She is gentle and affectionate, loving nothing more than to get hugs and kisses from her humans. Starlight and her best friend Moonbeam were rescued from the streets just before a Texas freeze. She had a painful skin infection and was very underweight, but now she is happy and healthy and ready to find her forever home. She is also very patient with other dogs and would fit right in with any family. Her estimated birthday is 1/26/20, and she is a Mountain Cur x Staffordshire Terrier mix.

Starlight would thrive in a home that can provide her with plenty of affection and companionship.
Ongoing Health
Starlight had a painful skin infection and was underweight when rescued, but she is now healthy. She is fully vaccinated, microchipped, and spayed.

Starlight is kennel and potty trained. She is also dog friendly.

Transporation
Starlight is located in Houston, Texas. Transport is included in the adoption fee and is available to your state or a neighboring state. We coordinate with multiple transport services that operate weekly to Eastern states and bi-weekly or monthly to Western states from Texas. These are ground transports using third-party vehicles converted for dog transport. You will be able to track the van using the app Life360 and receive updates from transport along the way. Facebook chats are also available to stay informed on tracking dogs on transport. Please be able to use one of these available services if you wish to follow your adopted dog on transport.
