Hi there! I'm Hank, a handsome and loving 2-1/2-year-old Labrador Retriever-Pit mix who's been patiently waiting for my turn. I'm described as smart, mellow, loyal, and a real sweetheart. When I first meet someone, I can be a little shy, and I'll need some time to adjust to a new home. I get a bit startled by sudden noises, so a quiet environment where I can feel safe and secure would be ideal for me.

Ideal Home

A calm and quiet home would be perfect for me to truly feel secure. I'd do well with a single person, a couple, or a family with older children. I'm an independent guy and not overly needy, but I do love my walks! As I'm strong and about 60-65 lbs, a confident owner would be a great match.

I'm all set and ready to go! I've been neutered and vaccinated.

Training & Support

I'm a smart boy and love to go for walks, but I am strong, so I could use an owner who can provide consistent guidance. I do well with other dogs.
